She has worked in a variety of roles from Legislative Aide and Policy Advisor, to Facilitator, Coach, Business Strategist, Executive Director, Fundraiser, Project Manager, and Entrepreneur.

Speaker: Mandy Ellertson
Workshop prep: take the communication style test.
For the past 35 years, Mandy Ellertson worked as an educator. Her primary role at Portland Community College connected with Student Life and Leadership where she supported students to develop leadership skills. One of her mentors, Dr. Linda Reisser, stressed the importance of communication as a tool to not only lead but find success in your work life. Mandy strongly agrees with Dr. Reisser and continues to share the tools she acquired with others.
